What happens when you request deletion
Deleted

Account deletion removes:

  • Your Firebase Authentication account
  • Your Nixora user profile (email, preferences, subscription tier)
  • Your analysis history metadata stored on-device (cleared on next app launch)
  • Your conversation history and messages
  • Your usage counters and rate-limit state
Retained temporarily

What may be retained:

  • Transaction records required by Google Play Billing for up to 3 years (legal obligation)
  • Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics for up to 90 days
  • Abuse prevention logs for up to 30 days

Document content

Nixora does not store the contents of documents you analyze on our servers. Documents are processed in memory and immediately discarded. Analysis results are saved locally on your device only — they are not held by Nixora.
